Bernard Gallacher – 22nd March 1967 – 28th August 2011

This is just a short post to pass on news that former Aston Villa player Bernard Gallacher sadly passed away today at Good Hope Hospital, Sutton Coldfield. He was 44 years old.

Bernard played for Villa for five seasons as a left back between 1986 and 1991, scoring 2 goals in 55 appearances.

I wanted to put a post up to allow members of our community to leave messages of condolences which we will forward to Bernard’s family via the club.
