Hi all, just a quick post to see if some of you could help out an ex-pat who is flying in this weekend.
I got an email from a reader of Aston Villa Life (username RonnieBiggs) who is flying in from South America at the weekend for the QPR game. He asked where he could get a tipple and maybe meet some of the fellow AVL people before/after the game as he has scheduled to be there for the match too.
I have pointed him in the direction of the Addies (the Adventurers for non-locals), and the Edward as well as the Aston Social.
As many of you know, I tend to go in with my dear old father and my brother meaning that I don’t drink before/after the game so I’m not going to be much help for pre-match drinks. Andy – if you’re in the Witton Lane upper (Doug Ellis) stand, be sure to say hello to me and I’ll give you my seat number.
However, if any of you are interested in helping out, please drop me a line (or a comment below) and hopefully we can help Andy (Ronnie) have a good time while he is over here. Alternatively you can message him via the AVL messaging system through his username RonnieBiggs.
